Andrew Racette, DO 

Voted "Top Doc" in Dermatology by Phoenix Physicians in Phoenix Magazine, Dr. Andrew Racette is a board certified Osteopathic dermatologist through the American Osteopathic Board of Dermatology. 

He earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Cellular & Molecular Biology at the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor and received his medical degree from Midwestern University: Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine in Glendale, AZ in 2004. He then completed a one year traditional rotating internship at Plaza Medical Center in Fort Worth, Texas from July 2004 to July 2005. 

From July 2005 until June 2008 he completed a Dermatology residency training program at Midwestern University Phoenix Dermatology in Mesa, AZ. Dr. Racette served as the Chief Resident of the dermatology residency training program for all 3 years of his residency. He published several journal articles during his residency on such topics such as trigeminal trophic syndrome, halo nevi, novel drug reactions, and lichen striatus to name just a few. He won several awards including the Daniel Koprince, D.O. Award for Education given to the top resident presentation twice, the Ulbrich research award presented to the top resident research papers, and was selected as one of only ten residents in the world to present their research at the prestigious American Academy of Dermatology in Washington, D.C., the largest annual dermatology conference. 

In addition to general dermatology and dermatopathology, Dr. Racette received specialized training in MOHS Micrographic surgery, advanced aesthetic surgery including complicated flaps and skin grafts, as well as cosmetic dermatology. He graduated from his residency program in June of 2008 and opened his own dermatology practice, Omni Dermatology in Phoenix, AZ. 

Patients appreciate Dr. Racette’s comprehensive approach to the treatment of their skin disorders. He approaches each patient individually taking into account all factors pertaining to the patient’s problems. He spends an extensive amount of time getting to know each patient so he can best tailor their therapy. 

As a researcher in the field of dermatology, Dr. Racette has been active in dermatologic research. He has done research with some of the biggest and best dermatologic pharmaceutical companies including Galderma, Amgen, Peplin, Johnson & Johnson, and many others. He has received research grants for several of his innovative ideas and is continually working on new up and coming research projects. He has presented at conferences all over the United States and has been invitied to be a guest lecturer in several different areas of dermatology including general skin care, photoprotection and sunscreen, topical antioxidants, skin cancer, fungal infections, adverse drug reactions, and many others. He is an adjunct faculty member of A.T. Still University and Midwestern University in teaching medical students on rotations and lectures for Midwestern University as well. 

Dr. Racette has been published in peer reviewed journals such as the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology (JAAD) and the Journal of the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology. He is a member in good standing of the American Academy of Dermatology, American Osteopathic College of Dermatology, American Osteopathic Association, and Arizona Osteopathic Medical Association. He is also the co-editor for the Journal of the American Osteopathic College of Dermatology. 

Erik Martinez earned his MSN, FNP-C, EMT-PMSN from GCU.  

He also attended ASU to obtain his BSN. He has been a Certified Emergency Paramedic from 2003-Present, a Firefighter 2001-Present, and an Emergency Department Registered Nurse 2013-2017.  , he is a proud part of the Faculty Phx Fire Paramedic Program and Adjunct Faculty for the GCU BSN Program.  He’s a  US Marine Corps Combat Veteran (Combat Action Ribbon, Navy Achievement Medal, Operation Iraqi Freedom 2003) licensed Dermatology specialist at Omni Dermatology, our sister company.  


Tiffany Muser

Tiffany is an Arizona native and studied nursing her junior and senior year of high school. From there she went on to Carrington College, where she studied to be a Certified Medical Assistant and graduated in 2002. She enjoyed working closely with physicians and nurse practitioners for many years as a medical assistant. In 2015, Tiffany was promoted into a management role with Dr. Andrew Racette. Managing a medical practice has always been a passion of hers and she takes great pride in her work. She feels very blessed to have worked closely with Dr. Racette since 2013.

Tiffany is a single parent of two awesome girls. They spend most of their free time at the softball field where both of her daughters pitch. She also loves the Arizona Cardinals, Disneyland, movies, running, hiking and camping to name a few.
